CONSULTATION

The first step in our process is for you to complete the contact form and submit it. We’ll then schedule a complimentary phone consultation with you to further assess your needs and how we’ll be able to help you. During the consultation, we’ll clarify any questions we have about your trip, discuss our planning fees, timelines and answer any questions you have before we get started. Our planning fee starts at $300 per person.

AGREEMENT

Once we’ve determined we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll make it official! We’ll send you an invoice for our planning fee. Once that invoice is paid, we begin the planning process and we are now your personal travel advisor. We’ll also send you a Client Intake Form so we can have as much information to perfectly plan your trip

PLanning

For us, this is where the magic begins. We partner with our trusted global connections to provide the best service and experience for you. You’ll be involved as much or as little as you want in this process and we’ll update you as much or as little as you want every step of the way.

FINAL ITINERARY

Once you’ve chosen and approved the final itinerary, We’ll confirm all the bookings with a deposit, credit card guarantee or full payment. You’ll receive a digital itinerary and a downloadable mobile app where all your documents and information will be stored. You can share this with your fellow travelers or with your family back home.

We believe leisure time is your most valuable, nonrenewable asset. Once it’s lost, you can’t get it back. Because We’ve diligently planned every detail of your itinerary, there’s nothing else for you to do but to sit back and enjoy the ride.

CUSTOMER CARE

Throughout your trip, you’ll receive in-destination support and 24/7 phone/email support from us. We may not physically be with you, but we’re in the background looking after you.

When you come back, we’ll send you a short survey to ask about your experience. Your honest responses will help us be better at what we do. Repeat business from loyal clients is our best gauge of success and referrals are our fuel for growth.
